CARE
GUIDE.

AGAPI pieces are designed to age with character. Proper care preserves the material, structure, finish, and longevity of each garment.

01

LEATHER

LET THE MATERIAL AGE.

Natural leather develops character through wear. Subtle changes in tone, grain, softness, and surface texture are part of the material’s evolution and should not be considered defects.

MOISTURE

Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or excessive moisture. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.

HEAT

Keep leather away from radiators, dryers, direct heat, and prolonged intense sunlight.

CONDITIONING

Use only products appropriate for premium leather and test any treatment on an inconspicuous area first.

02

STORAGE

STORE WITH SPACE.

Proper storage helps preserve the silhouette and structure of your garment between wears.

01

USE A SUPPORTIVE HANGER

Leather jackets should be stored on a broad, structured hanger that supports the shoulders without creating pressure points.

02

ALLOW AIRFLOW

Store in a cool, dry environment with adequate ventilation. Avoid tightly packed closets where leather may become compressed.

03

AVOID PLASTIC

Do not leave leather garments sealed in plastic for extended periods. A breathable garment bag is preferred.

04

MAINTAIN SHAPE

Empty pockets before long-term storage and avoid folding the garment for extended periods.

03

CLEANING

LESS, BUT BETTER.

Over-cleaning can alter the appearance and feel of natural leather. Light surface dust can be removed with a clean, soft cloth.

For stains, deep cleaning, or significant moisture exposure, professional leather care is recommended rather than conventional dry cleaning.

IMPORTANT

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or use household cleaning chemicals on leather garments.

04

HARDWARE

DETAILS DESERVE CARE.

Zippers, snaps, buckles, and branded hardware should be handled with the same care as the garment itself.

ZIPPERS

Operate zippers smoothly and avoid forcing them when fabric or lining is caught.

METAL FINISH

Wipe hardware gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth after exposure to moisture.

ABRASION

Avoid prolonged contact with rough surfaces that may scratch or alter plated finishes.

05

DENIM

WEAR FIRST. WASH WITH CARE.

Denim naturally softens and evolves with wear. Washing less frequently can help preserve the original color, structure, and character.

01

WASH COLD

Turn denim inside out and wash in cold water with similar colors.

02

USE MILD DETERGENT

Avoid bleach and aggressive cleaning products.

03

AIR DRY

Air drying is preferred to help reduce shrinkage and preserve fabric integrity.

04

EXPECT EVOLUTION

Indigo and dark finishes may gradually fade and develop unique wear patterns over time.

06

FOOTWEAR

PRESERVE THE FORM.

Allow footwear to rest between wears and keep it away from excessive heat, moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight.

AFTER WEAR

Gently remove surface dust and allow footwear to air naturally.

SHAPE

Use shoe trees or light internal support to help maintain the original silhouette.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry environment and use the supplied dust bags when available.

07

CARE ASSISTANCE

WHEN IN DOUBT, ASK.

Materials and finishes can require different methods of care. For product-specific guidance, contact Client Services before applying any unfamiliar treatment.
