Every AGAPI order is prepared with care. Below you’ll find information regarding processing, delivery, returns, exchanges, and order assistance.
SHIPPING
Orders are carefully inspected and prepared before leaving AGAPI. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, production status, and order volume.
2–4 business days
2–6 business days after dispatch
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
We want every AGAPI piece to feel right from the moment it arrives. Eligible items may be returned within the return window listed below, provided they remain unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.
14 days from delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Personalized, altered, made-to-order, or otherwise designated final-sale pieces may not be eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
Where inventory permits, eligible items may be exchanged for another size or variation. Availability cannot be guaranteed until the exchange has been approved.
For the fastest service, contact Client Services before returning your item so we can review availability and provide the correct instructions.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional carrier charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by AGAPI.
